LAUNDRY: Laundry room is free for all the tenants. Reserve your own turn via online booking and respect the reservations made by others. It's important to remember to fetch your washes from the machine after the wash program has finished. If you use a drying machine, remember to clean the nap filter before and after use. Don't wash your carpets in the washing machine nor the dryer!

SAUNA ROOM: The sauna fees are included in the rent. You are allowed to reserve the sauna for not longer than one hour per week. Check warm-up times and reserve the time via online booking. Also remember to clean after you so that also the next sauna visitor can enjoy her/his time.

STORAGE FOR BIKES AND SPORT EQUIPMENT: The best storage room for bikes and sport equipment are the shelters especially designed for them, for your own and for your neighbours' comfort. It also facilitates the yard maintenance. In the storage your bike will presumably also stay in better condition than outdoors.

STORAGE CLOSET: There are storage closets in some of the real estates. They have not been marked per apartment but, if you want, you can reserve a free closet to yourself. Please note that the storage closets in LOFTIS and in OLYMPIA II are per each apartment. 

WASTE SORTING: All our houses have waste sorting spots. From the household waste sort out: plastic, flammable waste, biowaste, metal, glass, paper and batteries.
