Villitys is situated on the boarder of Vöyrinkaupunki and city center, from where it is easy to get to the campus area as well as walking into the main square. Villitys was built 1972, and in the history of the house the tenants shared their bedrooms with another student. There was also a summer hotel. Renovation was done during 2001-2002, mainly into small studio apartments of 18,5 m2. There are still shared apartments, but of course with own rooms.
