Maintenance

VOAS properties are managed by the service company Luotsi Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy.

Luotsi takes care of general property maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, electrical and plumbing, stairwell cleaning, snow and lawn work, and replacement of outdoor lighting and common area lamps.

If something in your apartment or in the housing complex needs fixing, please report the issue to the maintenance via the Fault report form, link below. All non-urgent maintenance requests are processed via the form.

In urgent matters, such as leakages, please call Luotsi’s on-call service number 050 389 1839, which is open 24/7.

Please note, that the service does not change lamps, fluorecent tubes or fuses. The tenant is responsible for these. (Fuses in Puuvilla are an exception, those need to be informed to the maintenance).

Door opening

You can contact the door opening service from Luotsi’s on-call number 050 389 1839 at any time of the day.

The door opening fee is 40 €, and it can be paid directly to the mantenance person by cash or card. If you wish to pay the fee later, you can order an invoice from VOAS by informing the maintenance person. If you pay by invoice, an additional fee will be added and the cost of the service is 55 €. You’ll need to show your ID when the door is opened.
