Housing application

Important information before filling in the application:

• Get to know or houses and locations as well as the apartment types.
• A study certificate must be attached in the application. If you haven’t received the official study certificate yet, for example an admissions letter is enough to proof the studies in the beginning. 
• When applying for a two-room or three-room apartment, it is enough that one of the applicants is a student.
• When applying for a shared apartment with a friend, you both need to fill in separate applications and mention the friends name on the “More information” -field.
• You will get a confirmation email when the housing application has been submitted successfully. Once it has arrived to our system, you will be placed in the housing queue. The application is valid for three (3) months. Please contact us by email if you want to modify your application or contact information or renew the application after three (3) months.
• The housing offer will be sent by e-mail. Please keep an eye on your spam folder as sometimes the offers may end up there.
• Please note! In August and September, new students have priority in the housing queue. If you are a returning student and you need an apartment for fall, we recommend applying for the apartment already for summer.
