Chill Club rooms
In some of our properties you can find a Chill Club room, which tenants can book free of charge. A club room can be reserved for up to four (4) hours per week/tenant. Club rooms can be found in Loftis, Puuvilla, Olympia I, Villitys and Pihapetäjä.
Club rooms can only be reserved by the tenants who live in the same property where the club room is located. E.g. Chill Olympia I can only be reserved by the tenants of Olympia I, etc.

Rules of the Chill Club rooms
- Club rooms can be reserved by the tenants of the same property where it is located. Maximum time for reservation is four (4) hours/week/tenant. Reservations are made online varaukset.voas.fi.
- You are only allowed to use the club room during your reservation.
- VOAS rules and regulations also apply in the club room.
- In case something breaks during your reservation, please inform kiinteisto(at)voas.fi immediately.
- Always clean up after your reservation. Take out the trash and make sure that the door locks behind you.
- It is forbidden to spend the night or live in the room.
- The host is responsible for their quests in the club room.
