Lainappi – affordable rental items for tenants
As a VOAS tenant, you can rent a variety of everyday items from us to make your life easier. You can rent them through the Lainappi app.
How to rent:
- Download the Lainappi app from the app store on your smartphone and register as a user.
- Search for “VOAS” and you will find our products in the app.
- Select the item you want and rent it according to the instructions. Please read the rental conditions carefully before renting.
The rental price for all items is 1€/day. You can pick up the items from the Lainappi vending machine in the lobby of our office. Tenants have access to the lobby with their home key every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., so you can pick up and return your items to Lainappi during these hours. You don’t need to contact the housing office to rent items from Lainappi.
Please note that the items must be returned on time in accordance with the rental terms.
In case a rented item breaks, please inform us immediately by e-mail to asuntotoimisto(at)voas.fi.
If you have any ideas of useful items that we could provide for our tenants, please share them with the housing office!

- air mattress for two people
- battery-powered screwdriver
- window cleaner
- textile washer
- sewing machine
- car tire changing kit
- steamer for clothes
- outdoor games: Mölkky, croquet, Twister, XL Yatzy (available during summer)
