VOAS is a Great Place to Work certified workplace

VOAS received a Great Place to Work certificate for a second time this January.

The certificate was given based on a staff survey conducted by Great Place to Work Finland. According to the survey, 100% of the employees consider VOAS to be an excellent workplace.

”Great Place to Work has offered us a systematic way to improve the staff experience. There is always something we can do better, which is a part of our culture of constant improvement” says CEO Marko Ylimäki.
