Puuvilla is located at the campus area in Palosaari. The atmosphere in the old houses with wooden beams, takes you back to 19th century feel. VOAS renovated the old cotton factory workers apartments to student apartments in 1990. In the two houses are shared apartments, studio apartments and a large studio apartment which adapts well for a couple. The club room, laundry room and sauna facilities are available in the A-building. Electricity and internet are included in the rent.
